Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (September 15, 2018) – Three people including a toddler, were hospitalized Wednesday afternoon after a two-vehicle crash at an intersection in Pittsburgh, authorities said.

The crash happened September 12, at the intersection of South Main Street and West Carson Street.

According to the authorities, a pickup truck drifted out of its lane and collided head-on with an SUV which was occupied by two women and a 2-year-old girl.

Police responded to the scene and resuscitated the girl until she was able to breathe.

Responding paramedics took the three victims to the hospital. They said that the child would make a full recovery.

The police are investigating the cause of the crash.
