Person Hurt in Millcreek Township Pedestrian Accident on West 12th Street
Millcreek Township, Pennsylvania (September 14, 2018) – A pedestrian was taken to a hospital after reportedly being struck by a vehicle early Friday morning in Millcreek Township, according to the police.
The incident took place in the 3000 block of West 12th Street at around 4:40 a.m.
Police said the pedestrian was walking in the eastbound lanes of West 12th Street when they were hit by an eastbound 2012 Chevrolet HHR traveling in the outside eastbound lane.
The victim was transported to UPMC Hamot with unknown injuries.
The driver of the Chevrolet remained at the site of the crash.
Police did not release the identities of the parties involved.
The Millcreek Township Police are investigating the accident.
