One Dies in Hatfield Pedestrian Crash at Union Street and Garfield Avenue
Hatfield, Pennsylvania (February 19, 2018) — A 49-year-old pedestrian was fatally struck by a car in Hatfield early Monday morning, police said.
The auto-pedestrian crash happened at around 5:28 a.m. Monday, February 19, near the intersection of Union Street and Garfield Avenue.
According to authorities, a 2016 Mercedes Benz was traveling down Union Street when it hit the pedestrian.
The victim died as a result of the crash, authorities said.
Details regarding the crash were not immediately available, but an investigation remained underway.
