Local Attorney Michael Menner Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash in Ross Township
Ross Township, Pennsylvania (December 19, 2017) – Police are looking for the driver of the vehicle that hit and killed a local attorney on Sunday in Ross Township.
The crash took place at about 7 p.m. Sunday, December 17 at Patrick Place and McKnight Road.
According to authorities, the car was traveling westbound on Babcock Boulevard when the local attorney, Michael Menner, 50, was hit.
Menner fell on the roadside and was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
According to Police, Menner was walking from the Philly Pretzel Factory towards Shenanigan’s Bar and Grill across the street.
Employees at the Philly Pretzel Factory said Manner is the father of an employee in the restaurant.
Sources said Menner had worked for 20 years as Attorney for Akman and Associates, LLC in Canonsburg. He leaves behind three children.
