Allentown, Pennsylvania (August 6, 2018) – A man was struck and injured by a hit-and-run driver while riding his bicycle in Allentown early Sunday morning, Allentown police said.

The incident occurred at the intersection of 13th and Chew streets at about 12:47 a.m. on Sunday, August 5.

Police said the man was riding a bicycle at the intersection when a vehicle struck him and fled the scene.

The victim was transported to a hospital with unknown injuries.

The Allentown police are looking for the vehicle involved in the hit-and-run.
