Allegheny County, Pennsylvania (September 14, 2018) – A 2-year-old girl was injured Wednesday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in Allegheny County, according to a local news source.

As per the report, two Allegheny County Sheriff’s deputies were heading towards the West End Circle at around 1:18 p.m. when they noticed a two-vehicle accident that had occurred.

The deputies exited the vehicle and went to the scene where found the girl who was laying in the front seat of one of the involved cars. The child was unconscious, not breathing, and her mouth was covered in blood.

One of the deputies began resuscitating the girl, and after two minutes she opened her eyes, began breathing and cried.

The Pittsburgh police along with the paramedics arrived later and rushed the girl to Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC.

The Pittsburgh police are conducting the investigation.
