Three Injured in Lancaster County Truck Accident on Route 41 near Pine Creek Drive
Lancaster County, Pennsylvania (August 10, 2018) – Three people were injured in a two-vehicle collision on Friday morning in Lancaster County, according to the police.
The incident occurred shortly before 9 a.m. on Route 41 near Pine Creek drive in Sadsbury Township.
Police said a pickup truck and a tractor-trailer hauling empty chicken cages were involved in the crash. The manner in which the vehicles collided was not immediately established.
Police said one occupant of the pickup was flown to a hospital, while the second was transported by ground ambulance.
The driver of the tractor-trailer was also transported by ambulance to a hospital for treatment.
The State Police are trying to find out the cause of the wreck.
